Sammy Ketner Arrested After Police Chase

A man was arrested and charged after deputies said he led them on a 20-mile chase on April 14.

Deputies said they attempted to perform a traffic stop on a vehicle that was being driven by Sammy Ketner in the 20400 block of Cypresswood Drive.

Ketner, 52, failed to stop and attempted to evade deputies for 20 miles, according to authorities.

Deputies said the vehicle came to a stop after they deployed spike strips and disabled Ketner's vehicle.

Ketner then attempted to run on foot in the 4000 block of Pinecrest, deputies said.

Deputies said they used a Taser and were able to take Ketner into custody.
