Boy (14) Killed After Falling Off Freeway Ramp

A 14-year-old male pedestrian is dead after falling off a freeway ramp in East El Paso, according to El Paso Police Sgt. Enrique Carrillo.

Carrillo says the incident happened at 6:10 a.m. Saturday on the Loop 375 on ramp to I-10 west. According to police, the cause of his fall -- and whether or not it was accidental -- has not yet been determined.
