The City of Kenmore is seeking a graduate student to work on planning projects within the City’s Community Development Department. The position is open to current graduate students or those who have been accepted to and will be attending graduate school in the fall. This is a summer internship of approximately 16 hours/week, to start as soon as possible. There is some flexibility around the daily and weekly schedule.

Seasonal Maintenance Worker ( Job # 17-0005) - several positions

The City of Kenmore is seeking 3-4 seasonal maintenance workers for the summer. Under the direction of the Public Works Operations Manager, these positions will be required to perform a variety of unskilled, semi-skilled and skilled maintenance and repair tasks with in a specific area of the Public Works Department. Other duties include general grounds maintenance such as preparation of walking trails and fields at assigned city and parks sites, or basic maintenance tasks in City rights-of-ways including vegetation control, asphalt, concrete, gravel, and drainage repairs.
