Laura Flores Messick Confessed To Killing Her Boyfriend

A 30-year-old San Antonio woman is in jail, accused of the murder of her live-in boyfriend, an arrest warrant affidavit says.

According to the affidavit, Laura Flores Messick confessed to both shooting and stabbing her 40-year-old boyfriend.

The victim's mother found the man dead in the 7600 block of Muleshoe Lane on Saturday.

The victim was shot in the chest and hand. He was also cut on the neck, the affidavit said.

Police said the incident started with an argument between the couple.
