2-Women (DWI) Survived This Saturday Crash

Two women were taken to a hospital Saturday after a crash in northwest Harris County.

Deputies said the driver was speeding at 1:45 a.m. and lost control on Louetta Road near Ella Boulevard.

The car slammed into a guard rail and flipped into a grassy area by a bayou. Deputies said the women were not wearing seatbelts and the driver was ejected from the car.

Deputies said both women had been drinking and the driver is facing DWI charges.
