An unaccompanied Air Force veteran will be laid to rest in Abilene during a special ceremony Tuesday morning.

Robert "Bob" Merle Doss will be buried at the Texas State Veteran Cemetery 7457 West Lake Road in Abilene. A full military burial service is set to begin at 11:00 a.m.

Texas State Veteran officials are asking anyone who has the opportunity to please come and attend Mr. Doss' burial.
