This position provides front line customer service to new and continuing students and the campus community by phone, in person and through electronic formats. Located in the Enrollment and Financial Aid Services area, this position provides information and support through the dissemination of information related to financial aid and enrollment services timelines, admissions/registration processes and procedures, and outgoing official College transcripts. This position serves students in a busy open office setting.
