The "'Stros" just completed a 5-1 win over the Los Angels "Dodgers" in Chavez Ravine. Not the Game 7 nerve-frying drama of much of the series, especially Game 5's  10-inning, 7 home run DoS attack. I give the game of baseball this: it is the only major sport so lacking in momentum. Which is mind-numbing. Which is also thrilling in the surprise when something happens that you don't expect.It was a GREAT series and for the battered, embattled city of Houston, their Boys of November brought home the first World Aeries trophy in the clubs 57 year history. It ain't gonna clean up Hurricane Harvey but it cleans the soul a little to be able to say, "Houston 'Astros,' World Champions.!" Rejoice for the city and people. God keep Houston.
