Millions of people around the world have watched him play Ritchie Valens in the 1987 movie La Bamba and more recently as Henry ‘Standing Bear’ in the A&E/Netflix drama Longmire. Actor Lou Diamond Phillips was arrested early this morning in Portland, Texas and charged with DWI.

A police spokesperson told reporters that Phillips blew a .20 on a breathalyzer test after he drove up to a police officer asking for directions. It is believed Diamond Phillips, age 55, was in Texas for a scheduled appearance in nearby Corpus Christi.
