Overground quiz 2
Overground quiz (2) The longest journeyFor today's quiz, we're looking for the longest possible journey on the Overground.
That's the longest route that doesn't go anywhere twice.
What's the maximum number of different stations you can visit without leaving the network?
You'll want a map for this, and I recommend the London Overground network map here (pdf).
Clarification 1: We're counting stations, not distance or time.
Clarification 2: You may only visit each station once.
Clarification 3: Only interchanges shown on the Overground map are acceptable.
Clarification 4: The only two out-of station interchanges shown are Hackney Downs - Hackney Central and Walthamstow Queens Road - Walthamstow Central.
Example 1: Richmond to Euston would be 11 stations.
Example 2: Seven Sisters to Stratford would be 9 stations.
So, how many different Overground stations can you travel through without leaving the Overground network?
Special instructions:
• Before 9am, no answers please. No huge clues either. Other discussion is fine.
• Between 9am and 12 noon, tell us how many stations you got, but not how.
• After 12 noon, tell us how.
